What is direct printing?
Direct printing is ideal for photos and colourful motifs with many colours and colour gradients. It is perfect for complex, full-colour images such as customer designs, photos and company logos, and can be printed on both white and coloured graphics. How it’s done:
With direct printing, special ink is sprayed directly onto the product and the colours blend with the product during the drying process. Since direct printing does not use a film to create the image, it creates a soft and comfortable product to wear. Additionally, transparent backgrounds are possible, and direct printing will not leave a frame around the design. Since all colours are possible, it is suitable for motifs with more than three colours and colour gradients.

Please note:
This type of printing is available only for textiles. Newly printed products can feel a bit sticky or tacky, but this disappears after a couple of washes.

Q: Can you print exact colour tones?
A: We cannot guarantee exact colour shades due to the technical challenges involved in the production process.

Q: Why my actual product is different with the website image?
A: All images shown in website are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement.

Q: How should I wash URT’s product?
A: In order to get the best out of your garment, we kindly ask you to care for it as follows:

  • Wash before use
  • 40° C Normal Wash
  • Only Non-Chlorine bleach when needed
  • Tumble dry, Medium Heat
  • Do not iron
  • Do not dry clean
  • Wash inside out

Please note:
Due to the processes used for direct printing, the product may have a slight smell or have small patches of brighter colour on the print. Both the patches and the smell will however disappear after washing.


Q: What should I do if I forget my password ?
A: Click here to get a new password. Provided that your email is registered with us, we will send you a new password immediately.

Q: Is my personal data saved? And will it be shared with a third party?
A: All of your personal information will be handled confidentiality. Your information will be saved and used solely for completing your transactions. Your information may be used for address verification as well as a credit check. Under no circumstance will your personal information be shared with any third party.

Q: What does URT Design do to protect my personal information?
A: To keep your information safe we use the latest technology with help from Secure Socket Layer (SSL) transmission, which works with a 128 bit encoder.The encoded information such as your order, name, address, credit card, or bank information cannot be read by any third party. To prevent access to your personal information, it is kept on separate computer that is not connected to the internet. To also help keep your account safe we recommend not sharing your password with anyone.

Q: What can I do if there is a problem with my account?
A: Should there be any problems with your account please send a message to info@urt.com.my to explain the problem.

Q: What should I do if I have a complaint?
A: To return a faulty or damaged product (e.g. wrong size, problem with the impression etc…), please contact our customer service info@urt.com.my.

Q: If I am not happy with my order or if it doesn’t fit, can I send it back without any trouble?
A: If a product is damaged or defective (e.g. due to a printing error) you can of course return the products. For this we kindly ask you to get in contact with our Customer Service team . Please read more in our Customer Terms and Conditions.
